There were only four in attendance but the first Paleo Memphis Meet-up was great and I appreciate those who took time out of their day to attend. My daughter and I met a couple Memphians at the Poplar-I240 Starbucks and talked for over an hour and a half about all things paleo!

Hey do you think the group would like to do something like ride around Shelby Farms or the Greenline? Or go on a hike somewhere before it gets too mosquito/buggy?
I’ve never been on the Greenline so I think that’s a great idea. Maybe we could talk about the benefits of barefoot walking/running as well as the benefits of Vitamin D!
The emotion in this brings tears to my eyes. I’m so thankful that I’ve never had to be away from my girls for too long. I’m not man enough to handle it.
