Should I get a Sigma lens repaired?

A quick question to all the photographers out there: Should I bother getting an old (>10 years old) Sigma 28-70 f/2.8 lens repaired? I only paid about $400 when I bought for my old Nikon N70. Precision Camera quoted me about $120 for a full factory overhaul which isn’t too bad - my concern is, in the end, will it be worth it to pay for the repair?
