This is a big factor why I went paleo. Tennessee’s 31.6% obesity rate is tied for 2nd most obese state in the country (next to Alabama) and I don’t want obesity to become the “norm” for my kids.

i should consider moving to colorado. afterall, the pinto bean capital of the world is located there. how to resist?!
